Today, we want to take a moment to celebrate a boss who is so much more than a leader. Jay is a mentor, a motivator, and one of our biggest supporters!

He constantly encourages us to strive to be the best versions of ourselves, challenges us to learn and grow, and supports us in reaching both our personal and professional goals. His leadership inspires us to push beyond our comfort zones, believe in our abilities, and work toward success.

🥜🍰 Happy National Dessert Day from Jay Puppo State Farm!

Calling all peanut butter and chocolate lovers! 😍 This NO-BAKE Peanut Butter Cheesecake is creamy, dreamy, and loaded with chocolatey goodness. The best part? No oven needed for the filling! 🙌

🍰 No-Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake
🥜 Ingredients

For the crust:
• 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
• 6 tbsp melted butter

For the filling:
• 16 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks

For the topping:
• ½ cup melted chocolate
• ¼ cup melted peanut butter
• Whipped cream
• Chopped peanut butter cups and crushed peanuts
👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
2. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
4. Spread the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
5. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight, until completely set.
6. Drizzle with melted chocolate and peanut butter, then decorate with whipped cream, chopped peanut butter cups, and crushed peanuts.
7. Slice, serve, and enjoy! 🤎
