As developing markets appear in various cities, RPI develops a team of professionals located in the area. This Regional Business Team within the city is created based on the local requirements for that particular mark

et condition, and is in constant communications with RPI regarding possible new opportunities in the city’s path of progress. In order to do this, RPI has developed dynamic strategies and policies that can adjust and fine-tune themselves within a relatively short timeframe. RPI is continually looking for companies that can strengthen its Business Development strategies, and that enhance our marketing and client investor relationship services. It is alignments with other professional companies that allows RPI to concentrate on managing prime opportunities for its clients. RPI researches and identifies developing real estate markets within the US. Real estate is local, and at any given time there are between 15 to 20 developing markets across the country. Upon identifying an upcoming developing market that meets our strict criteria, a local Regional Business Team is created within the city. This team comprises local professionals such as commercial real estate agents, appraisers, inspectors, etc. As more opportunities arise, RPI’s network of teams continues to grow. We are currently assessing opportunities in new developing markets that have been identified as presenting the highest level of value and return for our client investors. We will compete head to head for a good investment maintaining the philosophy that there is no substitute for both patience and persistence in acquiring the right property. RPI uses a variety of strategies for acquiring solid assets that generate positive revenue and equity for our client investors. These exceed national averages in terms of initial returns, recurring cash flow, and value added potential.
