We’re honored to invite you to this month’s Holding Space: A Grief Yoga Practice as we gather outdoors for a gentle Walking Meditation at beautiful Battery Park in Old New Castle.

Whether you’re grieving the loss of a loved one, navigating a life transition, healing from the end of a relationship, or simply carrying more than your heart can hold, this practice offers a compassionate space to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
