Been slacking on my social media game, but I had to share this closing story from a few weeks ago:
A couple years ago, while he was still playing for , I saw a post on Dakereon Joyner’s Instagram story looking for mortgage lending help. Being a big fan, I decided to take a shot and respond.
After working together for about a month, Dakereon decided to pause his home search to pursue an opportunity in the NFL.
For his next chapter, Dakereon transitioned into the NIL management space and reached back out to me earlier this year — this time with clear goals and a plan in place.
Fast forward a few months, and we were able to get Dakereon into his first home in less than 4 weeks, on time, and with less than $300 due at the closing table.
is an incredibly impressive guy - mature beyond his years, hardworking, and intentional about his future. I had fun working with him & I’m extremely happy for him and his family as they settle into their new home. I’m proud to now call him a friend.
