Exciting updates for future homeowners! Grant funds from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta (FHLB Atlanta) are available February 23rd, 2026. Mark your calendars!

Workforce Housing Plus: This program offers grants up to $15,000 for middle-income families (80.01%-120% Area Median Income), with NO first-time homebuyer requirement! Use the funds for down payment or closing costs.

Affordable Housing Program (AHP): Get up to $17,500 if you're a first-time homebuyer, OR up to $20,000 if you're a community hero (law enforcement, educator, healthcare worker, firefighter, first responder, veteran/military, or surviving spouse)! (Must be at or below 80% Area Median Income).

These grants are first-come, first-served, so don't wait! Limited funds are available.
