What is an Indemnity Agreement?

Most contracts will include Indemnification or Indemnity agreements in addition to the Insurance Requirements Exhibit. This means that if you comply with the contract’s insurance requirements and a claim exhausts your policy limits, you or your company can still be on the hook for the remainder of the damages to your client.
