In my 38 yrs peddling life and health insurance through out our local community, when it comes to Health insurance and Medicare, it used to be:

"what is it and how much?"

Now it's:

"what is it and how much - plus more and more variables unique to each individual and family!"

Plus:

Tradional Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Covered California, Affordable Care Act, Obamacare, etc ... along with, medical underwriting, financial underwriting and more important, "timing" underwriting - when am I eligible to act? ... All these decisions and more are on the table today! Mind boggling! And to think, not so many years ago it was simply, "what is it - and how much!"

Now that it's the Fall 2022 health insurance open enroll season - you thought u needed an insurance agent to help you back in the day? Ha! Not any more! Now you need an expert councilor to simplify the complicated! ... And guess who might know how to do that? Yep and my storys of successfully helping in the season after the sale - when crunch time shoes up - that's a bonus! cuz everyone loves a good story right? 🎶 ♥️

Listen up! or let's try this line, Hey You! ... Did you know - One of the greatest lines I ever heard came from the late great W Clement Stone. I took a training course from his team in the early 80's. I was young and naive at the time. You can't do this type work as easily today thanks to our heavy handed government, but I was successful! Yup, I learned a script, took a street of small business or residential, knocked on doors and when someone answered I would say, and I still use this line today, "I believe this will interest you also!" I learned to overcome much fear during those early seasons - and if ever anyone asks me for my doctorate, I know the phrase to use... and now you know - make it a great day!

Yesterday morning as I was in devotional mode I heard three little words yell at me - and below is how it turned out:
. . Stir it up! That's how to make my business profitable. Infiltrate my thoughts and ideas and services and benefits into the hearts and minds of others. Don't just make to-do lists. Take action by going out into the community and add value to my fellow community member, business, government entity or senior citizen. Inspire someone today!
