‼️Important Billing Update for Travelers Policyholders‼️

We want to make our Travelers customers aware of a temporary billing issue resulting from a recent Travelers billing system migration and upgrade.

During the transition, Travelers temporarily paused automatic payment deductions to ensure billing accuracy. Travelers has now resumed processing automatic payments for policies that migrated successfully.

However, some policies experienced delays during the migration process. If an automatic payment was missed, the missed amount may be combined with the next scheduled deduction, which could result in a larger-than-normal automatic draft in July.

To avoid a combined July draft, policyholders have the option to make a one-time manual payment now by:

✅Visiting www.travelers.com/pay-your-bill

If you are a Travelers customer and have questions about your billing status, payment schedule, or policy, please don't hesitate to contact our office. We are happy to help review your account and answer any questions you may have.

Please join us in congratulating Mickey Sawyer on an outstanding achievement through Keystone's Top S.P.E.E.D. Program!

The Top S.P.E.E.D. Program is one of Keystone's premier producer development initiatives, bringing together producers from agencies across the country for an intensive year of training focused on prospecting, pipeline development, sales ex*****on, value-based selling, accountability, and coaching. Participants engage in virtual learning, individual coaching, peer collaboration, and in-person experiences designed to strengthen their skills and drive measurable results.

Although the program continues through December, Mick recently traveled to Cleveland, Ohio, where he represented his team by delivering a 30-minute sales presentation as part of the program's competition. His team's hard work and preparation earned them the title of Top S.P.E.E.D. Competition Champions.

For their accomplishment, Mick was awarded a Remarkable Paper Pro, while the other members of his team each received $250 Amazon gift cards.

This recognition reflects Mick's commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and excellence in serving our clients. We are proud of the way he represents Garrett Insurance and look forward to cheering him on as he completes the remainder of the program this year.
