1. $7 million working capital line of credit for $50 million company + future acquistion loans of $3 million+ each (before utilizing us, they were only able to attain terms for $3 million LOC)
2. $1 million purchase of a building for an existing bar that is currently leasing the building
3. 8 Property - 10 Unit Blanket Refinance - $750,000
4. 5 Unit Refinance $500,000+ 2 property Line of credit for $300,000 - Existing customer, that I created a bridge loan for the year prior to purchase the 5 unit property
5. $270,000 2 multi unit properties - Out of state investors with low cash flow on the properties
6. $600,000 refinance of owner occupied commercial building - recent credit issues, able to set up a bridge loan
Plus a dozen or more refinances of residential unit properties, commercial buildings and purchases. Some repeat customers, some with income concerns or credit concerns.
