If you haven't already tried That New Place that just opened up where In KinD Bakery was, you are missing out! They have breakfast, brunch, and lunch items.

They just opened up officially over the weekend and are open Wednesday-Saturday 8-2 pm and Sunday 9-2:30 pm.

Ray and Carrie have been selling their items through the Okemos farmers' market under the name "Ugli Pi Company" and they decided to open a physical location.

The food was amazing!! 10/10

We stopped by the Lansing Home & Garden Show to meet some of the local vendors! While we were there we stopped and talked with the friendly faces of Odd Fellows Contracting, Edward Jones, Applegate Home Comfort, and many more.

Camille tried her hand at the putting green too... 2 for 5 qualified for $100 off a quoted project!

Stopped by and visited with Williamston Museum's President Mitch Lutzke

As a board trustee, I have had the pleasure of participating in various projects with the museum. They have been working on a number of projects to bring value to the community. One of the larger and longer-term projects we have been working on is digitizing our collection of photographs and Williamston artifacts. We share them on Facebook to allow people access to our records without necessarily needing to step foot in the museum.

What a killer event! Collaborate Lansing Lunch Hour was a great opportunity to meet some new people and make some connections. One of those new faces was Andy Schor, the Mayor of Lansing! I also met Luci Solis from the Greater Lansing Food Bank who introduced me to many new ways to get involved in the community. Truly an experience I would recommend to any business professional in the Lansing area!

The 1st Annual Student Success Scholarship Golf Outing was a Tee-rific success! Truly an Un-fore-gettable experience! The outing raised over $10,000 towards the future success of students looking to pursue the financial planning industry. I look forward to next year and also look forward to giving away this killer Yeti Cooler and Thermos on Monday to one lucky attendant of the outing!
