Meet Mallory! 🎉

Mallory joined the Horizon team in June 2025, but she’s no newcomer to banking—she’s been in the industry since 2009! Her role keeps her busy with everything from consumer lending and business memberships to daily branch operations, financial education, and community involvement. But her favorite part? Helping her team grow into their full potential and helping members reach their financial goals. 💙

A natural problem solver with plenty of empathy, Mallory loves jumping in wherever she can make a difference. She’s also the person who might show up with a handy new Excel tool…or an icebreaker you didn’t know your meeting needed. 😄

When she’s not at work, Mallory loves reading, hiking, dancing, and painting. Her household is full of readers and hikers, while painting and dancing are special hobbies she shares with her 4-year-old son, Aiden—who dressed up as Bob Ross for Halloween last year! 🎨

Mallory’s adventurous side has also taken her hiking across four states—New York, Colorado, Virginia, and now Pennsylvania. From the Finger Lakes and Rocky Mountains to Shenandoah and beyond, she’s collected some pretty incredible views and unforgettable memories along the way.

Whether she’s helping a member, cheering on her team, conquering a hiking trail, or breaking out her best dance moves with Aiden, Mallory brings plenty of energy, heart, and fun wherever she goes!

Meet Amanda!

Amanda is fairly new to the area and has quickly become a valued part of the Horizon team! She joined Horizon as a Traveling Financial Service Representative and has since stepped into the role of Branch Manager at the Lock Haven branch. With nearly three years of previous credit union experience, she brings a strong background in relationship building, member service, and branch operations.

Before banking, Amanda spent almost a decade managing a restaurant in her hometown, where she developed her love for food and cooking. She enjoys helping others, supporting her team, and creating a positive environment wherever she goes.

Outside of work, Amanda loves spending time with her fiancé and their kids. You’ll often find them enjoying the outdoors, taking little adventures, trying new recipes, or simply relaxing at home. She’s also a big fan of home improvement projects and loves transforming spaces around the house.

Amanda enjoys staying busy, learning new things, and helping others, and she’s excited to continue growing with the Horizon family!

Our team had so much fun participating in the Little League World Series Parade. Seeing the smiles, cheering crowds, and excitement throughout the community reminded us why events like this are so special.
