Dear State Farm Customers (March 16, 2020) In accordance with Governor Northam's closing ALL local governments on the Peninsula to include James City County, Newport News, Hampton, Poquoson, Williamsburg & York County on Sunday, March 15, 2020 attempting to limit contact between people and to slow down the transmission of the COVID-19, my Agency, while remaining open for business, will also be PHYSICALLY CLOSED to customer traffic. Please be assured that we are working in the office to serve your needs just as we normally would. In an abundance of caution, in order to protect you, our customers, to protect our community and to protect my team members/myself, my office will be temporarily closed for physical entry.

Please remember that to file or update a claim or to make payments, you may go on-line to your www.statefarm.com account or use your mobile app.

We can effectively transact/execute business via telephone, email, or text. I am trying to remain in the office unless that becomes problematic. If so, Tiffany, Courtney, & I will further practice not just social distancing but isolation by working, as we've done in the past during catastrophic storms, remotely from our homes with our laptops.This is a fluid situation and I will continue to provide updates as soon as I am able.
