After last night’s storm in Willard, it’s a reminder that this past winter has been tough on all of us with unpredictable weather. As we step into April, it’s the perfect time to stay prepared and protect what matters most.

The top floor is where the problem began.

A leak in the rubber roof caused part of the roof system to collapse, sending water and debris down through the third, second, and first floors of the building at Gardner & Lindsay Insurance.

Pegasus Builders worked through the damage to restore the space, including:
• Repairing plaster walls
• Restoring ceilings and baseboards
• Cleaning and bringing the original wood flooring back to life

This restoration project took about a year to complete, and the transformation speaks for itself.

A big thank you to Brent Gardner for trusting our team and for his commitment to helping restore and revitalize downtown of City of Willard Ohio.

The hope is to see this space come back to life with a new small business or entrepreneur setting up shop here in the future.

Just a friendly reminder during this crazy weather...Please make sure the people you are hiring to take care of any trees on your property are fully insured. Have them provide you with a certificate of liability insurance and make sure the date on their documentation is current. Unfortunately, many of the "business owners" offering their services are not insured properly. We don't want to see anything happen that may negatively effect you! Stay safe!
