I put my clients concerns and needs first above everything else. I then write a policy that is individually adapted to those unique needs. And before a policy is ever finalized, I make sure my clients understand what their policy states and what each coverage means. Earlier in my professional life, I worked with the public through educating our children as I was a middle school math teacher. However, I have reached a point in my life where I felt a career change was in order, but this new career still had to allow me to help the public - as helping people was what my character has always been about. I therefore found myself in the insurance world since February of 2012. Since then, I have been fortunate enough to belong to a team & a wonderful local agency that has had their roots in the Wyoming Valley for over 100 years.
