🎓 Kicking off the semester with the KU Professional Selling Program!

Our leadership team had the opportunity to speak in two classes at the University of Kansas School of Business, sharing what makes ICT Health Insurance a great place to build a career — our company, our culture, and the opportunities ahead for the next generation of sales talent.

We tied our conversation directly into what students are currently studying, including Selling and Salespeople and Legal and Ethical Issues in Sales — connecting classroom concepts to what it really looks like in the field.

ICT Health Insurance is looking for a Partner Relationship Manager to help grow our network of independent insurance agents and partners across the region. Think: recruiting, relationship-building, social media, newsletters, and events — all in one role.

💼 What you'll do:
✅ Recruit and onboard independent insurance agents
✅ Build relationships with CPAs, financial advisors, and attorneys
✅ Run our social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
✅ Create newsletters and marketing content
✅ Track metrics and report on what's working

💰 Pay: $42,000-$47,000/year base + performance incentives, with potential to earn $75,000-$90,000+ by Year 3 as you build your success.
