• Helping Veterans and first-time homebuyers use available programs that sometimes mean cash back at closing (when eligible). Watching clients’ stress turn into relief is my favorite part of the job.
• Rolling up my sleeves (literally) to help a deal cross the finish line. If installing handrails helps a family get their keys? I’m in.
• Problem-solving, pivoting, and refusing to quit when things get hard—because real life isn’t a perfect checklist.

✨ Yesterday was one for the books!

🏡 First up, on the east side of Wichita, I celebrated with a family who purchased a home together with their parents. Teamwork and family support made this dream possible, and it was amazing to see generations come together under one roof. 💕

🌻 Then in Kingman, I got to hand over keys to a growing family who already calls this small town home. With baby number three on the way 👶, they needed more space to grow—and now they have it!

Two very different stories, but both filled with joy, hope, and fresh beginnings. 🙌

Oh, and as if two closings weren’t enough… I also received two new applications yesterday! The momentum is real, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I appreciate the trust families place in me.

Before becoming a mortgage lender, I ran a therapeutic horseback riding center serving children with special needs and veterans.
