🔐 FRAUD FRIDAY TIP: Double Up Your Security!

A strong password is important, but adding two-factor authentication (2FA) gives your online accounts an extra layer of protection.

With 2FA enabled, a password alone may not be enough for a scammer to access your account. Whenever it’s available, turn it on especially for your email, financial, and social media accounts.

A simple extra step for you can mean an extra hurdle for fraudsters!

Contact the person or company directly using a trusted phone number, website, or separate message to confirm that the request is legitimate. Accounts can be hacked, and scammers often pretend to be someone you know.
