Happy New Year!!

As we reflect on 2022, we are so very grateful for provision and progress:

*Acquired 757 Multifamily units with partners in Mississippi, North and South Carolina, and Tennessee. 325 units as a GP; 432 units as a LP.

*Successfully exited 384 Multifamily units in Florida, hitting 5 year projections in only 14 months, providing great returns for our investors.

*Originated 22 private loans for investor fix/flip projects, rentals, and transactional funding.

*Acquired, renovated, and refinanced 30 units (both Single and Multifamily) in the Wichita metro.

*Put 8 more fully furnished units in service for a total of 18 (Airbnb, VRBO, corporate rentals).

*Acquired 1st Retail/Mixed use Commerical building with partners.
