The opportunity with Ballard Agencies
We are rapidly expanding in the Colorado area! This is where you come in! We are hiring for a full-time Benefits Specialist as well as management positions are available. We offer a full training and mentorship if you have no experience in our industry. Our systems and mentorship programs will allow you to learn and be mentored sis-by-side with a mentor who is 100% concerned about your growth and success. We work in a fast-paced environment, and we have fun doing it!

A day in the life
Benefits specialists use our proprietary lead management system to meet with our clients and key decision majors to discuss protecting our clients' assets with life products. This is a Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00 position.
