It’s been a little while since I’ve introduced myself, so let me reintroduce myself! 👋🏼💙

I’m Savanna, and I help lead the day-to-day operations here at Wichita Monitoring Company. If you call our office, come in to get set up, make a payment, or have questions about your monitoring, I’m most likely the person you’ll be working with.

I take a lot of pride in keeping things organized, making sure our clients know exactly what’s expected of them, and being someone they can actually reach when they need help. Monitoring is serious business, but that doesn’t mean the process has to be confusing or impersonal. I believe in being firm, fair, and treating every person who walks through our doors with respect.

We provide Pretrial Monitoring & House Arrest services throughout Wichita and the surrounding area, and I’m always happy to answer questions about our services, pricing, or getting someone set up.

People often stay at a place or at a job out of comfort. Because leaving would get uncomfortable. Blind loyalty and refusing to look at the real truth is comforting. People often don’t want to face the truth, even if they’ve been told the truth and then witnessed the truth for themselves.

Facing the truth, would mean uncertainty, and no security. Especially as a Christian, if some people really looked deep enough, they would admit that God will require them to take a leap of faith, and leave a place or job because they know God isn’t in it as much as they try to convince themselves that it is.

Unfortunately, people love to feel needed, and wanted, especially when they are doing all the work. They find your identity in being the person who can be relied on and depended on. They love being validated and approved of.
So, taking a leap of faith, would require dependence on God instead of dependence on self. Taking a leap would require looking at the real truth. Which I’ve ultimately had to do. Had to do it in a time where I made more money than I could count somedays.

The truth is I personally have people that don’t like me that have a lot in common with me. They come from the same place I come from. We have common friends and common goals. We have a common hustle and common ambition. And most important, we share the same love for people and believe in the same God.

But for them to see the truth, would mean they would have to put their hate aside for me, and admit there was truth in some things that I’ve said. They would have to put the pride to the side and admit that I was right about some things. Not all of it, but most certainly the parts that make up the core values and components of our belief systems.

I have no hate for others and don’t have one negative thing to say about others. I would rather collaborate and have peace. I don’t have many friends in the industry because we don’t agree. I’m not a good ol boy and I raise the bar. And our team works their ass off being of services. I have a 17 employee full scale operation working 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. What we do requires other bondsman to actually benefit defendants, not just benefit from defendants. We make the industry work harder and they can’t stand that part. Never been here to make friends but only be a helping hand for those that come from where I come from. Said it once and say it again, I didn’t have the resources available to me that we have created in the bail bonds industry. 🤷🏽‍♂️
