🎨 What a fun afternoon at McNiel Elementary School!

Danny and I had a great time with the McNiel staff during our Crayola Creativity Workshop! It was awesome seeing everyone jump in, have some fun, and explore the different ways we think, communicate, and approach creativity.

Danny also put a great spin on the conversation by connecting those different creative styles back to the classroom — helping us think about how students may process ideas, express themselves, and approach learning in completely different ways. Sometimes understanding how someone thinks can be just as important as what they think!

A huge THANK YOU to McNiel Elementary for letting us spend some time with your incredible staff. We’re grateful for every opportunity to support our local educators, build stronger teams, and have a little fun along the way! 🍎🎨

Proud to partner with our schools and the educators who make a difference for students every single day.

It’s always exciting to see a national Horace Mann program recognize an educator right here in Wichita Falls ISD.
