4.75 star review received on Experience.com for Ryan Haskell by RoseAnne D - Communication is important to me and Ryan did that. If he wasn't available to talk he let me know and called me back when he said he would. Ryan and his team kept me informed of the process and where we were in the process. The only issue we had was with the appraiser and unluckily Ryan could not choose that person. I am sure he would not use her again if given the option. Nena Henderson said she would deliver the appraisal on 2 June and did not deliver it until 9 June and was not responsive to Ryan nor was she responsive to either side of the agents. I would not recommend her to anyone. In fact I would strongly advise against anyone using her. The rest of the process was great. Communication with everyone across the board, except the appraiser was great and again, communication is so important to me.
