Came up to Big Bear with the kids this weekend to enjoy the snow. A couple cabins over from our family's cabin, a tree collapsed onto this beautiful 2 story cabin. Thankfully nobody was home or injured.

Attended the University of Farmers, which I like to call a Farmers Agents playground. I toured various real life scenarios of water, fire, and earthquake damage. Being able to help my clients during a claim is priceless.

Here's a little tip. In case of emergency, have an “In Case of Emergency” (ICE) number saved in your phone. Seems obvious, but many medical personnel know to look for contacts listed as ICE when trying to alert people if you're in a medical situation.
