We are here if you need us. A few tips to help avoid frozen or busted pipes.

1. Leave faucets dripping.
2. Open cabinet doors under sinks to allow warm air in.
3. Place insulated covers over outside spigots.
4. Make sure crawlspace vents are closed.
5. Make sure any plumbing in attic is insulated.

If you have a main water shut off in your structure, know where it is and how to close it in the event of a busted pipe. The faster the water is stopped, the less damage it will cause.
