FYI please note
Kentucky law KRS 525.140, it is a Class B misdemeanor to intentionally or wantonly create an unreasonable hazard on a public roadway. Because fresh grass clippings are notoriously slick—often compared to black ice—leaving them in the street is a major hazard for motorcycles and bicycles.
CIVIL LIABILITY:
If someone is injured or crashes their vehicle because of grass you left in the road, you can be held legally and financially liable.
