❗️Attention to all insureds with Kia or Hyundai automobiles❗️
There has been a recent uptick in Kia and Hyundai car thefts. Kia models from 2011–2021 and Hyundai models from 2015–2021 are being targeted because they do not have engine immobilizers.
To learn more about how you can protect your vehicle against theft, we encourage you to reach out to your manufacturer or local police departments. Installation of kill switches that render the vehicle inoperable without a separate key, car alarms with motion detection, or vehicle tracking systems may all
help mitigate theft opportunities.
