When the markets shift, its all the more reasons for to lock in! Don't lose focus on your dreams. Its been reported that contract cancelations are up again which is a good thing for many buyers looking right now. Most properties are over 30 days on market which means sellers are more likely to accept your offer. So... LOCK IN!
