This week the Biden Administration Chose to Extend the Student Loan Payment Pause. What does this mean for mortgage loan applicants?

Depending on your loan program, we will be able to use the following as student debt monthly payments to get you qualified:

Fannie Mae (Conventional Loan) - 1% of loan balance
Freddie Mac (Conventional Loan) - 0.5% of loan balance
FHA Loan - 1% of loan balance
USDA Loan - 0.5% of loan balance
VA Loan - 5% of loan balance divided by 12
