The Wharton Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture is proud to award Karen Schulz, owner of Schulz Insurance Agency, as Business Person of the Year. Karen has been in business for 41 years, acquiring the agency from Dr. Dwight and Jamie King. She operated the business from her home for several years so she could be present for her two sons. As the agency continued to grow, she later moved the business location to Alabama Road.

Congratulations, Karen, on being named Business Person of the Year and for your outstanding dedication, leadership, and lasting impact on our community!
