Thinking about purchasing a Vacant Home? 🏠 Don't miss these key points before you buy 👇

🔦 Get a professional inspection – you might need to turn on the electricity for a thorough walkthrough
💰 Budget for hidden damage – vacant homes often need repairs and renovation (that's why they're priced lower!)
🐭 Watch out for pests & critters – mice, bats, and other critters can cause expensive damage
💧 Check plumbing carefully – frozen pipes, leaks, and dried seals are common issues
🍳 Inspect those appliances – mold and malfunctions happen after sitting unused
🧫 Look for mold – it loves hiding in walls, floors, and pipes
🪟 Plan for security issues – break-ins and storm damage often go unnoticed in vacant homes
🛡️ Get proper insurance coverage – Contact me today about vacant home insurance!

Indoor Storage: Maximum protection from the elements! ☔🛡️ Your RV stays pristine with no UV damage, weathering, or seasonal wear. Plus, peace of mind knowing your investment is secure and climate-controlled! 🎉

Outdoor Storage: Budget-friendly and readily accessible! 🌲 Perfect if you're ready to hit the road at a moment's notice! 🗺️

This spooky season, follow these essential electrical and fire safety tips while decorating:

🔍 Inspect decorations and cords before hanging—discard anything with damage or frayed wires
🏷️ Use outdoor-rated products outdoors only (never bring indoor décor outside!)
🔌 Plug into GFCI-protected circuits to prevent electrical shocks
⚡ Avoid overloading outlets with too many lights or decorations
⛓️ Keep cords out of walkways so trick-or-treaters stay safe
🧯 Choose flame-resistant decorations and keep them away from candles and heaters
🚫 Skip dried flowers, cornstalks, and hay near any heat sources—they're highly flammable!
🔦 Use battery-operated candles in jack-o'-lanterns instead of real flames
⏰ Turn OFF all decorations before bed or leaving home
👶 Keep button batteries away from children—they're in many decorations and toys
✅ Use only certified electrical products (look for UL, ETL, or CSA markings)
