I am a President Council, Championship and Toppers Club District Manager. This is a distinction earned by the top 1% of the Farmers distribution force. In addition my district was one of the leaders in Life Insurance, Auto growth, Fire growth, Career Agent Success and Gross Written Premium growth. I joined Farmers in 2007 by inheriting a district of 17 Agents. Over the last 6 years, I have built my team to 38 agents by recruiting, mentoring and coaching. My staff and I are dedicated to our new and existing agents by supporting them every step of the way. “We believe in you being in business for yourself but not by yourself.”
While many companies are bypassing their agency force by direct marketing and Web marketing, I know and firmly believe that our district’s strength lies in the relationships between our agents and our customers. I do everything I can to empower my agents, helping them build their futures. For example, our team’s day to day tasks consist of training new and veteran agents, being a support center for underwriting and quoting, communicating messages from Farmers Corporate, teaching you prudent marketing strategies - such as, utilizing the Farmers Agent Website Program, SIMS and most importantly assisting you in setting and achieving realistic goals. My team and I are dedicated to our agents and we will sit down with you to discuss your needs and goals, just as my agents and registered representatives do when they tailor insurance and financial programs to their customers. We are here to support and validate your efforts to secure your customers’ futures - while building your own! By combining Farmers Corporate support with our team’s expertise, we provide some of the best and most comprehensive support in the industry. The Farmers Training program was voted as the #1 Corporate Training program in the world, beating out worthy competitors such as Apple, Microsoft, Intel, Verizon, ATT, etc. It continues to be a top rated training program trying to attain a Lifetime induction into the Hall of Fame. We are looking for successful, business minded individuals with a strong desire for personal growth, career fulfillment, and financial success. We are currently developing new agencies in Orange County and surrounding areas. If you decide that you have the right stuff to be a small business owner, we will work with you in obtaining the necessary licenses and then we will go through Farmers products training. After that, the sky’s the limit!
