Seeking Customer Service Representatives & Healthcare Insurance Agents
Hourly Rate: $13 - 20
Seasonal Part-Time & Full-Time Positions With Opportunity to Become Permanent
Los Angeles Locations: Torrance & Koreatown
Orange County Locations: Westminster, Huntington Beach, Brea, Garden Grove

Your Day-to-Day:
Be an advocate and educator for consumers in-person and over the phone
Boost team morale and influence company culture
Follow and maintain policies and procedures
Safeguard sensitive information
What You Bring to the Team:
At least 2+ years’ experience in customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written, verbal & organization skills
Computer proficient
Desired Education/Certificates:
Life, Accident and Health Insurance certification (preferred, but not necessary)
Bilingual is a plus (Korean, Vietnamese or Spanish)
