The atmosphere was electric! This past Wednesday marked the final home game and the last Gator Sling of the Winter 25-26 basketball season. It has been an extraordinary season, with both boys and girls teams qualifying for state; the girls team secured a win on Wednesday night, advancing them to compete at the Colosseum this weekend against Windsor at 11:45 AM. We extend our gratitude to the Standley Lake Boosters, staff, students, and parents for their warm hospitality.

2026 FIRE CITIZENS' ACADEMY | Do you have a burning desire to get an inside look at our fire department? The 2026 Fire Citizens' Academy is your chance to see what it takes to protect our community, meet our crews, and learn fire and life safety information.

Courses are a mix of classroom and hands-on activities. Topics include: fire service history, wildland firefighting, water rescue, EMS, vehicle extrication, and more!

Schedule:
- Wednesdays, March 11 - May 6, 6:00pm-9:00pm (note: class will not be held on March 25)
- Saturday, May 2, 9:00am-1:00pm, optional hands-on day
