With the Stay-At-Home order announced by Ohio’s Governor, Jackson Dieken & Associates wanted to provide an update on steps we are taking for the near future.
The Stay-At-Home order includes specific exceptions for Financial and Insurance Institutions, including Insurance Agencies. Please know, during this time, we are committed to providing clients the excellent service you expect.
At the beginning of last week, we transitioned our JDA Team to start working remotely from home. Those who came into the office were instructed to keep an appropriate social distance & follow all safety protocols detailed by the CDC. We also made the decision to temporarily change our business hours to 8:30 am – 5:00 pm in order to have the entire team on the same schedule. During a 12 pm – 1 pm lunch hour, your call may be forwarded to voice mail.
