Mortgage interest rates continue to climb according to the latest Freddie Mac Primary Mortgage Market Survey (PMMS). Rates reached their highest level since March 2017 during the week ending January 25 - the fourth consecutive week that the 30-year fixed rate mortgage has increased. How to choose the perfect neighborhood:
When you start shopping for a new home, there are quite a few factors that you should consider. A monthly budget is going to be the first thing on your mind, but first, where are you going to place that new home of yours? Do you remember the old phrase “Location, Location, Location”?
