You can tell a lot about people/guests by how they treat your place and what they leave behind after renting it. This is the first time we’ve come across such ungracious, disrespectful Airbnb guests. Took the pool cleaner out of the pool; rearranged furniture; broke BOTH the shower handles (because they don’t know how to operate high end handles??), left overflowing trash on the floors. We don’t allow pets and cleaning crew confirmed finding dog hair everywhere. Guests claimed that they took “so long to clean” too. I can only imagine what it looked like before they “cleaned”! As they say, you can take people out of the ghetto, but… Thank goodness for our terrific property manager, our excellent cleaning crew, and a very responsive Conejo Valley Heating & Air Plumbing & Rooter , the property is ready for the arrival of our next guest! *whew*
