Sometimes this job is so stressful. It can feel like I'm working endlessly and not making much of a difference in the world. This week I had two clients reach out to tell me otherwise and it has made me feel incredible, like the work I do is really helping people, at least in some small way. These both are so glowing that you would think they are fake but, I assure you, they are completely real.

"I just wanted to share that, as of about 15 minutes ago, we are free of credit card debt 😭. It wouldn't have been possible without your guidance. Thank you for all the times you listened and walked me through the process and how much this bad financial habit was actually costing us. Thank you for your support! I'll forever be referring you for mortgages. We will be in touch for sure in about 3-5 years when we are ready to move to the country(side)!"

I've always told clients, the Zestimate is mostly accurate within 10% EITHER way. That means that if your Zestimate says $500k, it is likely actually worth anywhere from $450k-$550k. You need to rely on the Pro's to help you determine the real numbers.
