Rates are going up everywhere and some of us are still afraid to shop around because we've been with the same carrier for so long.

How are they rewarding your loyalty though?

Some fun facts for future or current home owners!

Make sure when you pick a deductible for your home insurance you pick something you can afford!

Sometimes agents like to sneak in a percentage % of the home's price.

1% or 2% doesn't sound like a lot but with a $300,000 home 1% of that is a $3,000 deductible!

2% that'd be $6,000

Make sure you are checking these before something happens and you find out the hard way.
