OMG I just realized I have been slacking in my thank you's and congratulations!
These past few months have a been a whirlwind and anyone telling you otherwise just isn't grinding.
CONGRATS TO ALL OF YOU THAT TRUSTED US OVER THE LAST COUPLE MONTHS AND THE FUTURE MONTHS TO COME.
We hope you all enjoy your new homes and create a ton of good memories.
To all the AWESOME REALTOR friends I have out there that continue to grind and trust me to grind , thank you so much ! You all have been going through so much w all the NAR nonsense and having to adapt and adjust on the fly we commend you! To all those out there that think a realtor does not earn their money, I am here to tell you , you are wrong. These ladies and gentlemen are constantly negotiating, taking care of you behind the scenes, assuring you don't get messed over, sacrificing their families time to help yours, always searching for the next dream home for someone, making sure sellers do what they say they will for you as a buyer and as sellers making sure things get done. They are always working day in and day out to serve and we commend you for it.
Thanks to everyone else that helps keep the train on the tracks. I appreciate all my awesome title companies, appraisers, insurance agents (yall are going through it too right now), home inspectors, abstractors and last but not least my awesome processor and underwriter. I am not me without you ! Thanks again everyone.
