Late to the game with this post!

February was another great month for our Wintrust Team in Iowa.

Our team helped 24 families accomplish homeownership or refinance there existing home.

🥇Cody Aldrich once again set the pace helping 9 families and funding $2.17M

🥈Kyle Lehman was right behind him helping 8 families with $2.1M in fundings.

We are off to an amazing start in 2026.

What a great day yesterday!

We were awarded the Platinum Lender designation from Iowa Finance Authority in recognition for helping 120 families in Iowa through IFA's down payment assistance programs.

The impact IFA has on our local communities goes beyond housing. IFA provides a solution for families to purchase a home without having to have a traditional down payment.

Thank you to IFA for providing such a great program.

A special thanks to Ben B. at IFA for always answering our questions so we can make sure we are helping every family that we can with this program.

Congrats to Brett Toncar for another great year in 2025, and making President's Circle for the 1st time at Wintrust.

Brett has been so close the last 2 years, and finally made it happen this year.

He helped 72 families find a home this year.

Our team of 6 had quite a few accomplishments:

Helped 357 families buy a new home or refinance.

Funded $101M in loan volume.

Welcomed two new Team Members

- Brian Houk - Sr. Loan Officer Dec 2025

Volunteered at the Special Olympics

Cody Aldrich, Brett Toncar, and Kyle Lehman all funded over $19.5M and each helped 74+ customers.

We are proud of what we accomplished in 2025, and we are excited to accomplish even more in 2026.
