Last evening we celebrated a big night at the Des Moines HBA President’s Dinner! 🎉

A huge congratulations to Benjamin Gerdes, named Associate Member of the Year, and Logan Galloway, awarded Member of the Year — and newly elected to the Board of Directors! Their dedication, leadership, and commitment make us incredibly proud.

We also want to recognize outgoing President, Chris Pickard of Sage Homes, Inc.. Thank you, Chris, for the energy and outstanding leadership you brought to the association over the past year.

We’re grateful for the hard work the Home Builders Association of Greater Des Moines puts into strengthening our community and supporting the professionals who serve it. It’s truly an honor—and a priority—for us to support organizations that uplift both our clients and the place we call home.
