Rachelle says: “I began my career in 2006 in the temporary diary department before transitioning to bill processing. From there, I progressed to advanced bill processor, then team leader, and promoted to supervisor in 2017.

I’m extremely grateful to work at NJM and take great pride in the growth opportunities I’ve experienced. During my time here, I earned my Advanced Management Development Certificate and, most recently, my Six Sigma Black Belt. I’m truly thankful for my coworkers and leadership team. My team is the best — their success is my success — and I deeply appreciate the leaders who continue to guide, support, and develop me every day.

Outside of work, I’m married to my high school sweetheart of nearly 18 years, and we have two beautiful sons: Domenico (Nico), 16, and Giovanni, 13. I’m also blessed with twin godchildren, Luke and Lula (5), whom my work family knows I absolutely adore. I’m a busy sports mom, spending most weekends at baseball tournaments cheering from the sidelines. I’m obsessed with all things Wicked but especially love the Broadway play. This past year, I’ve discovered a love for reading and am now part of two book clubs. In my free time, I also enjoy making press-on nails and watching the Phillies. Go Phils!”
