Larry was the 3rd generation in the family agency, 25 years. The agency merged and for 10 years worked with Allied American (Eastern Insurance as we know it today), 9 years with AMS (excuse me Vertafore) as a Certified Contract Trainer. I provide AMS360 Training, System Reviews, New Employee Training, Workflows for Personal and Commercial Lines, and NEW in 2014 Direct Bill Commission postings, and

a great deal more!! I also help with small business office setup and software training for individuals.

Just wanted to remind people that the second Tuesday of the month is "Microsoft Patch Tuesday" (note not as bad with Windows 10 as it used to be because they do some small updates during the month as well) and if you haven't restarted your computer in the last few days you might want to do so... they tend to get a bit slow when an update is pending.
So why don't you make it a habit - or create yourself a reminder - every 2nd Wednesday of the month to make sure you restart... :-)
