Yes the Feds cut rates .25bps.
No it won't affect mortgage rates in a meaningful way.
10yr is still at 4.143.

Got this in the mail.
Not spending 200$ to get a plaque. My biggest concern is customer satisfaction. That’s good enough for me. It’s nice to be recognized though.
