Wrapping up our 2025 Employee WOW Award with this very deserving human! Congratulations to Ambrosia Thompson, our Q4 winner! She is an all-around outstanding banker with remarkable customer service skills and strong commitment to protecting customers. She recently recognized the warning signs of a potential scam on an elderly customer and was able to to prevent them from becoming a victim. Great job, Ambrosia!
