IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT PLEASE READ!!!

Due to the growing concerns over the spread of the COVID-19 virus and on the recommendation of Health Officials we will be closing our lobby to inside traffic beginning Monday, March 23, 2020. All office personnel will be in the office and can handle your insurance needs by phone! Our office phone number is 417-256-9333.

Payments over the phone can be made with a credit or debit card or by electronic funds transfer with a check routing and account number. We also have a Drop Box by our front door for you to drop payments into during regular business hours if you choose. Cash payments are accepted. If you don’t have the exact amount, any additional cash will be credited to your account. We will mail or email you a receipt.

We can make changes to policies and WRITE NEW BUSINESS over the phone as well. If there is an issue that can’t be handled over the phone or by email call our office and we will handle it on a case by case basis.

We will resume business as usual as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding as our goal is to take care of our VALUED CUSTOMERS while doing our part to help keep everyone safe!! Being here for you LIKE A GOOD NEIGHBOR is not just a slogan to us! We are here for you, if you need ANYTHING please call our office and we will do what we can to serve you!

To help ensure everyone's safety during the outbreak of COVID-19 we ask that you let us serve you remotely via phone 417-256-9333 or e-mail. You can also do many things via the mobile app and at statefarm.com, including managing your policies and accounts, paying your bills, filing/tracking a claim and more. Our office will be open our normal hours (8:30 am - 5 pm) and happy to assist you in any way possible, but please help us by limiting face to face contact. We also have a drop box at our office that you can use if you would like to. Thank you for understanding and for helping to keep our community safe.

Adam Mansfield State Farm in association with Domino's Pizza of West Plains and Mountain Grove, McDonald's and Spring Dipper west plains are proud to announce that Breanna Gastineau has been selected as our Glenwood Student of the Month for December, 2019. She is the daughter of Steven and Missy Gastineau. Breanna plays softball, volleyball, runs track and is a cheerleader. She is an Honor Roll student and member of BETA Club. She is active in the Glenwood art program and choir. Breanna is always kind, helpful and compassionate to her classmates and she always has a smile on her face. Congratulations Breanna! Keep up the great work!

Tess is the daughter of Sam and Rachel Cobb and is in Mrs. Dougherty's 1st grade class. She is always very polite and kind to her classmates and is a joy to be around. Congratulations Tess! Adam Mansfield State Farm in association with McDonald's, Domino's Pizza of West Plains and Mountain Grove and Spring Dipper west plains are excited to announce that Zane Green has been selected as our Glenwood Student of the Month for October, 2019. Zane is in the 7th grade and is the son of Doug and Sherri Green. Zane just started at Glenwood this year and has had a great start to the year. He is a very polite and friendly student. He always has his work completed on time and puts out his best effort, placing him on 1st quarter Honor Roll. Zane plays football for the West Plains Middle School Zizzers and is also involved in other community activities including musical lessons and karate. Zane has been a wonderful addition to the Mustang family. Congratulations Zane! Keep up the great work!

Louise is in Kindergarten and is the daughter of Stan and Martha Dennison. She is a really sweet girl and said that everyone was her friend. When asked what she wanted to be when she grows up, she said she wants to be a mom just like hers. Congratulations Louise! Keep up the great work!

Jaycee is in the 6th grade and is the daughter of Keith and Jessica Clinton. She is an outstanding student, being recognized on the Principal's Honor Roll each semester. She is a member of BETA club, has participated in the school's gifted program for several years and frequently places in local math competitions. Jaycee is kind and always helpful to other classmates and teachers. She is often selected as a recipient of school character awards and stands out among her peers for her leadership. She works hard in the classroom and is the true definition of a Mustang. Congratulations Jaycee! Keep up the great work!
