Just a friendly reminder of our current summer office hours ☀️🌿

During the summer months, we reduce our hours a bit to give our staff more time with family and a chance to enjoy everything the Ozarks has to offer. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support of our small-town business 💙

Current Office Hours:

Monday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Please note that office hours may occasionally change depending on needs in the office or if one of our staff members is attending an event. Any changes will always be posted here on our page 😊

We’ve had a few folks ask lately if it costs anything to come in and talk with one of our agents, and the answer is absolutely not. 😊

If you have questions about your coverage or policy, we’re always happy to help however we can. If we don’t have an answer right away, our staff will do their best to research it and get back with you as quickly as possible.

Small town reminder from your friends at Rosenbauer Insurance

If our office is ever closed early or having a few hiccups with phones or internet, we can still check voicemails and return calls the best we can. That does mean you might see one of us calling from a personal or unfamiliar number.

If you don’t answer unknown numbers, we completely understand, just know we’ll always leave a voicemail with who we are and why we’re calling.

At Rosenbauer Insurance, we’re more than coworkers, we’re family. And just like family, we look out for one another and our community.

When severe weather is in the forecast, we closely monitor reports and local conditions to help keep both our clients and employees safe. If weather conditions become dangerous, we may choose to close the office early so our team has time to get home safely before storms move into our area.

If we wouldn’t want our own families out driving in it, we certainly don’t want our clients to be either. ❤️

Update: This issues have been resolved and our phones are now operating has they should be as well as our internet!

Due to ongoing phone and internet troubles, Rosenbauer Insurance will be closing today at 3:00 PM while we get things sorted out.

After working closely with our team and reviewing what works best for everyone, Rosenbauer Insurance will be adjusting our weekly hours:

🗓 Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
🗓 Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Need to meet outside of these hours? No problem, we’re happy to set up an appointment that works for you!
