Are you wanting to get cash out of your house without refinancing? Well here is your answer…. Home Equity Loan. Unlike a traditional refinance this allows you to tap into your equity with a 2nd mortgage. No it’s not a HELOC where you have draw periods and painful process. It is a lump sum amount of money up to what you qualify for (from $45k to $500k), and you ONLY pay the principal and interest.
