Emma Rickwood, Director, of Henley US recently spoke with Joshua Andino of CoStar News, sharing the vision for The The Halcyon Residences & Marina, its joint development with Gillette Development.

The luxury condominium in Naples, Florida, includes 66 residences ranging from 2,190 sq ft to 3,375 sq ft in two- to four-bedroom configurations, and a 120-slip marina. The condominium features designs by MHK Architecture, with interiors by Megan Sherwood Design, and DeAngelis Diamond serving as the appointed builder.

Following the recent launch of the appointment-only sales gallery, at the 8-acre development site located at 1933 Davis Blvd, Emma confirmed to CoStar News that one of the penthouses had sold, with active interest from buyers. The article goes on to reveal Henley's familiarity with Naples, with Rickwood saying that members of the team “have been visitors and residents of Naples for over 30 years," adding "It’s hard to describe the affinity we feel for this beautiful place.”

This week marked an important milestone for Henley as sales officially launch for The Halcyon Residences & Marina and its immersive, appointment-only sales gallery opens in downtown Naples.

Developed in partnership with Gillette Development, the 5,000+ square foot experience center was designed to bring the Halcyon vision to life at full scale. The gallery features complete model residences, a 3D interactive sales platform, and a full-sized pickleball court intended for pre-sales events and future owner programming.

More than a traditional sales gallery, early feedback from our launch events has consistently highlighted the experience as an entirely new kind of sales process - immersive, experiential, and unlike anything currently seen in the Naples market. Situated at Halcyon’s downtown marina with direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf, the gallery introduces buyers and brokers to a fully realized environment that reflects the project’s emphasis on wellness, social connection, and seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Closing Out 2025 - A Year of Meaningful Progress Across the United States

It has been a year of renewed momentum for Henley in the United States, marked by a clear decision to deepen our focus and thoughtfully grow the platform.

Over the past year, we expanded our US investments team, strengthened partnerships, and made meaningful progress across both development and operating businesses - laying the groundwork for long-term growth.

2025 highlights include:

☑️ The Halcyon Residences & Marina (Naples) advanced significantly as a joint venture with Gillette Development, progressing a flagship luxury marina-front residential project through entitlement, design, and early sales milestones. Our Immersive Sales Experience officially opens its doors in January.

☑️ Continued expansion of Henley’s US residential and mixed-use pipeline, building on a track record of delivering 5,000+ multifamily units nationally and 12,000+ homes internationally

☑️ Henley Car Wash scaled AquaSonic Car Wash meaningfully, now a 19+ site car wash platform, with New Port Richey opened and outperforming underwriting expectations, Ocoee (Orlando MSA) and Tampa under construction, and additional sites advancing across the Southeast

Together, these milestones reflect a deliberate and positive step forward — growing the US platform with intention, quality, and strong local partnerships.

We are pleased to share a key milestone from our Henley Car Wash (AquaSonic CW) platform: construction has officially begun on the third AquaSonic Car Wash location, positioned in Ocoee within the Orlando MSA.

This project also marks our first financing partnership with Bank OZK for this platform — a highly respected institutional lender with a proven track record in backing quality real estate and operating platforms. Their involvement provides an additional layer of validation for the AquaSonic model and the disciplined, scalable growth strategy we are executing across the Southeast.

As sponsors, we continue to see exceptional traction from the platform. With Ocoee now underway, Tampa nearing completion, and New Port Richey outperforming original underwriting, AquaSonic is well on its path toward becoming a leading express-tunnel operator in the region.

With Fund III nearing capacity, limited space remains for investors looking to participate alongside us in the next phase of the AquaSonic rollout.

Exciting news today from Henley Investment Management Ltd in London: Henley has secured planning approval for a new £1.3bn Regent Park development in Salford.

Set to become the city’s largest housing-led regeneration in over 50 years, the project will deliver up to 3,300 new homes, including 660 affordable homes, alongside five acres of green space, a new 3.5-acre park, and 86,000 sq ft of retail and community use.

The development will also feature the tallest residential tower in the UK outside London - a landmark addition to Salford’s skyline and a testament to Henley’s continued leadership in transformative urban regeneration.
