Gilbert Suarez: Allstate Insurance I opened my agency in 1997 so customers in the West Palm Beach area can get outstanding service while protecting the things that are important to them.

I’ve been in the community since 1976 and I love it here. Giving back to this community is important to me. My agency supports Heartbeat of Miami, National LGBTQ Task Force, Leukemia Research Foundation, and United Way. Outside of the office, I enjoy competitive billfish tournaments, hunting and traveling with my family. If someone hits your car, stay calm and follow these steps to help protect yourself and make the process smoother:

✅ Check yourself and passengers for injuries
🚙 Move to a safe spot if possible
📇 Exchange contact and insurance info with the other driver
🚓 Alert police and file a report
📸 Take photos of the damage and the accident scene
📞 Report the accident to your insurer, even if you’re not at fault
📝 Keep a record of all communications
